The Administration and Finance staff consists of five full time employees that perform the following duties. The Office of the Town Clerk is also a part of this department.
- Answer phones and direct public requests
- Assist Town committees and Town Council
- Issue yard sale permits
- Sell vehicle decals
- Issue Privilege Licenses
- Manage curbside recycling service
- Administer the website and maintain public access terminal for Town emails
- Record and track all monetary transactions
- Manage Town budget, funds and investments
- Process Account Payable invoices
- Generate and collect monthly water, sewer, garbage, recycling and storm water bills
- Administer Personnel Policy and Benefits program
- Process Public Record and Freedom of Information (FOIA) Requests
- Prepare agendas and minutes for Town Council
- Maintain and update Code of Ordinances
- Process administrative paperwork for rental of Town facilities
- Coordinate educational and entertainment programs at the Ocean Front Park
