The Town Clerk is a position mandated by state statute as the custodian of official Town records. Other duties performed by the Clerk include:

  • Preparation of agendas and minutes for the Town Council, Planning and Zoning Commission and the Board of Adjustment
  • Maintenance and update of the Code of Ordinances
  • Performs statutory Town Clerk responsibilities
  • Acts as the official contact for Public Records Law requests
  • Coordinates Administrative Hearings for appeal of Civil Citations
