NC Fireworks Laws & Tips

June 27, 2012 08:27

This is a reminder that certain fireworks are illegal in the state of North Carolina. Illegal fireworks are as follows: firecrackers, ground spinners, roman candles, bottle rockets, mortars or any pyrotechnic that is intended to spin, leave the ground or fly through the air. If you must use fireworks, then use only legal fireworks such as fountains, sparklers, and novelty fireworks like pops, snaps and glow worms. We ask everyone to use extreme caution when using ALL fireworks, as serious and permanent bodily injury and damage to property can occur during use.  We wish everyone a happy and SAFE summer!
