FROM RALEIGH AND POINTS NORTH
Merge onto Interstate 40 East. Merge onto NC-132 South (North College Road). Continue on until the road becomes US-421 South (Carolina Beach Road). After crossing over the Snow’s Cut Bridge (intercoastal waterway) into Carolina Beach, stay straight all the way through Carolina Beach. Soon enough, you’ll see our “Welcome to Kure Beach” sign! The center of our town is another mile ahead.
FROM RICHMOND, VA, AND POINTS NORTH
take Interstate 95 South. Merge onto Interstate 40 East via Exit 81B toward Wilmington/Clinton. You’ll drive approximately 93 miles until the road becomes NC-132 South (North College Road). Continue on until the road becomes US-421 South (Carolina Beach Road). After crossing over the Snow’s Cut Bridge (intercoastal waterway) into Carolina Beach, stay straight all the way through Carolina Beach. Soon enough, you’ll see our “Welcome to Kure Beach” sign! The center of our town is another mile ahead.
FROM POINTS WEST
Merge onto I-95 and take US-74East about 76 miles. Keep left at the fork to go on US-17BR North/US-76 East coming over the bridge into Wilmington. Turn right onto S. 3rd Street/US-421, and continue to follow the road which becomes Carolina Beach Road. Merge right at the stoplight intersection at Monkey Junction/Myrtle Grove and continue on US-421 South. After crossing over the Snow’s Cut Bridge (intercoastal waterway) into Carolina Beach, stay straight all the way through Carolina Beach. Soon enough, you’ll see our “Welcome to Kure Beach” sign! The center of our town is another mile ahead.
FROM MYRTLE BEACH, SC, AND POINTS SOUTH
Take US-17North/US-17Bypass North about 1.4 miles. Take the Robert M. Grisson Parkway (North) ramp to SC-31 and go approximately 14 miles. Merge onto SC-9South then take a left onto SC90 East to merge onto US-17 North, which becomes Andrew Jackson Highway (US-17N/US-74E/US-76E). Keep left at the fork to stay on US-17BR North/US-76 East coming over the bridge into Wilmington. Turn right onto S. 3rd Street/US-421, and continue to follow the road which becomes Carolina Beach Road.
