American Heart Association Family & Friends CPR

Learn how to help during an emergency. This course covers how you can help a person who is in cardiac arrest by providing hands-only CPR and CPR with breaths. We'll also cover how to use an AED and how to help a choking adult, child, and infant. These skills are invaluable for everyone, as you never know when an emergency will happen.
