Please join certified LCI instructors teaching the Bike 101 Seminar.  You will learn more than what you think you know about bikes, bike safety and education.

  • Participants will learn:
  • North Carolina bike traffic laws;
  • Basic Bike Maintenance;
  • Bike Safety Checks;
  • Bike Rodeo and Safety Event protocols;
  • Bike Safety and Etiquette for Group Ride Leaders;
  • Bike riding will take place also, so bringing a bike and helmet is required.
