Join Kure Beach Yoga for a socially distanced yoga on the Ocean Front Park stage. Flow & Chill Yoga is a sweet blend of vinyasa and yin. The first part of class uses a breath-based vinyasa flow to build strength and flexibility, challenging your balance and harnessing energy. The latter part of class finds you down on the mat holding yin poses for longer periods, targeting the connective tissues of the body to help release tension. The two styles together promote inner stillness and peace.
