Take the “work” out of workout! Zumba® classes mix low and high-intensity moves set to a playlist of Latin and World rhythms, with a few pop favorites. This class is perfect for all fitness levels. No dance experience is required. No judgement is allowed. Our dance floor is for anyone who loves music and FUN! Meet Karen at the Ocean Front Park for a calorie-burning dance fitness party!
Bring water and a towel - you are going to sweat! Classes are $6.00 and cash payments are accepted on site. First class is free for new students. Preregistration is required. Email kareng.zumba513@gmail.com to preregister. Feel free to contact Karen with any inquires.
