Stretch & Restore Yoga
Mondays, 10:30-11:45 AM at the Community Center

Deep Stretch & Restore Yoga will have you feeling refreshed and like you just had a full body massage (at a fraction of the cost!) Props are used to help tailor postures to your body and optimize the benefits of the stretch. Along with mindful breathing and meditation, this class offers a true yoga experience in a very relaxed and supportive setting. No matter your age or level of experience, this practice is a wonderful way to release stress and nurture yourself.
This class meets twice a week and is an hour long. Mondays at 10:30am and Thursday afternoons at 3:15pm. The Monday class session also offers the option of an additional 15 minutes of restorative postures.
Kure Beach Yoga consists of Instructors Carla Ann Drummond, Paula Huffman, Kim Gargiulo, and Meg Young. They have teamed up to offer a variety of dynamic yoga classes at the Kure Beach Community Center! They're excited to offer "pay what you can" options and affordable class passes. Yoga classes are open to everyone and no pre-registration is required. All instructors are experienced & knowledgeable, 200 hour trained Yoga Teachers (RYT 200). Evening classes are "pay what you can" (suggested donation $5-10).
Daytime classes are $10 drop-in or purchase a 10 class pass for $85.
