Zumba®

Take the “work” out of workout! Zumba® classes mix low and high-intensity moves set to a playlist of Latin and World rhythms, with a few pop favorites. This class is perfect for all fitness levels. No dance experience is required. No judgement is allowed. Our dance floor is for anyone who loves music and FUN! Meet Karen at the Community Center for a calorie-burning dance fitness party!
