BUILDING-RELATED PERMITS
The Town’s Building Inspector processes all Building-related permit applications. Please call the inspector's office at 910-458-6535 if you have a question about an application or permit, or if you need to set up a time to meet with our Building Inspector. Permit applications can be printed from this webpage. For CAMA PERMITS applications, call the Building Inspector.
SPECIAL EVENT & TENT PERMITS
The Town of Kure Beach requires that all persons and businesses wishing to have a special event on Town property obtain a Special Event permit from the Town's Building Inspector. Please complete the permit application, attach additional pages if necessary, and mail it or bring it to the Building Inspections department at Town Hall. You will need to provide proof of insurance along with the application. The Town requires minimum liability coverage of $1 million dollars. You will be notified of any additional costs pertaining to your request. In most cases, you will be required to meet with representatives of the Town to discuss your request and the associated fees.
YARD SALE PERMIT
This permit is issued by front desk personnel at Town Hall. Please fill out the Yard Sale Permit application and bring it to the front desk with your payment. Please read the ordinances pertaining to yard sales that are attached to the permit application.
