Privilege Licenses

Every person, firm or corporation engaging in a business activity, trade, service or profession in Kure Beach is required to obtain a privilege license, annually. This license entitles you to conduct business within the town limits of Kure Beach. It is illegal to conduct business in Kure Beachwithout this license and doing so is punishable by law. The license is valid from June 1^st to May 31^st each year.

PRIVILEGE LICENSE - NEW
If you wish to obtain a privilege license to do business in Kure Beach,fill out the application provided on this webpageand submit it, along with your payment, to a front desk representative atTown Hall who will pass it along for processing. If you have questions, please direct them to our Building Inspections department.

PRIVILEGE LICENSE - RENEWAL
If you already have a privilege license to do business in Kure Beach, you will receive a renewal application via mail by mid-May, annually. If your business mailing address changes anytime in the year, please callTown Halland provide us with yourcurrent information to ensure receipt of your Notice of Renewal each year.
