METER READING PROCESS

Towards the end of each month, Public Works takes water meter readings on properties in Kure Beach. Using the latest technology, meter readings are then transmitted to the Utilities department at Town Hall to begin the billing process.

 

BILLING PROCESS

Water and Sewer bills are mailed out at the end of each month and payment is due on the 15th of each month. If you don't receive your utility bill within the first five days of the month, call Town Hall to report the problem.

 

REQUEST NEW SERVICE

If you are a new property owner, please click on the Request New Services Form to request new service. After you click the SUBMIT button, your request will be emailed to our Utilities Manager who will set up your new account. If you have questions, please call Town Hall. 

 

NOTE TO PROPERTY OWNERS

According to Town ordinances, water & sewer payments are the responsibility of the property owner.  Service will not be put in the name of a renter nor will bills be mailed to the renter.
