MESSAGE FROM THE FIRE DEPARTMENT

The Kure Beach Fire Department is gauging interest in a Junior Firefighter Program.

Requirements:

  • 16-18 years of age
  • Live on Pleasure Island (Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, Fort Fisher)
  • Ability to make (1) Monday Night meeting per month (7pm-8:30pm)
  • Help at fire department fundraisers and local functions.
  • Be in good standing at school
