Notice is hereby given that a quasi-judicial hearing will be held by the Kure Beach Board of Adjustment on a variance application filed by Christa Holden as the owner of property located at 701 Mississippi Avenue, Kure Beach, North Carolina.  The application seeks a variance from the provisions of KBC 15.36.060 with respect to the location of a proposed porch in and the setback requirements for a side yard on a corner lot. Persons/entities having standing under N.C.G.S. §160D-1402 may appear at the hearing and offer evidence.
