Hosted by the Carolina Beach & Kure Beach Bike/Pedestrian Committees, the 2nd Annual Tour de Island is a 10 mile bike tour of Pleasure Island. This event is free, open to the public and all types of bikes are welcome. The ride starts at Mike Chappell Park in Carolina Beach at 8:00 AM and ends at the Kure Beach Ocean Front Park around 9:30 AM. Online registration has closed but there is still the option to register in person at Mike Chappell Park starting at 7:30am!
