Fire Inspections and Permits

Fire Inspections
Periodic fire inspections for businesses, new and existing lodging establishments, educational facilities, assemblies, storage buildings, and churches are performed on an annual basis within the Town of Kure Beach by a Kure Beach Fire Department fire code official. All periodic inspections will be performed in the month of March or April on existing occupancies, and on an as needed basis for new occupancies or change in use. There will be no fee charged for an initial inspection, as long as it is completed in the month of March or April, and as long as any violation is corrected within 30 days.
