The Kure Beach Community Center Committee is hosting a fun and informative evening at the Kure Beach Community Center! On Tuesday, January 13th, from 6-8 PM, come explore the center, meet our class instructors, and discover all the exciting activities and programs the Committee has to offer. Whether you’re a long-time resident or new to the area, this is a great chance to learn more about what’s happening in Kure Beach and how you can get involved.

- Meet the Instructors: Chat with the passionate instructors leading our classes.
- Upcoming Events & Activities: Learn about upcoming committee initiatives and community projects from the Community Center, Bicycle & Pedestrian, and Shoreline Access and Beach Protection committees.
- Provide Your Feedback: Share your interests, ideas, and suggestions to help shape future programs.

Genealogy Interest Group - Meets on the first Thursday of each month at 1pm at the Community Center. January's meeting rescheduled to the 8th.
Genealogy Beginner's Night - Open to all newly aspiring family historians, learn some tips and tricks to jump start your research. Tuesday, January 27th at 7pm at the Community Center.
Ping Pong Tournaments - Tournaments are held quarterly on Sundays from 3-5pm at the Community Center. Register on site at 2:30pm, play begins at 3pm. Singles and Doubles play available, open to all skill levels. Free to play, prizes up for grabs, snacks provided and coolers permitted. Next tournament is Sunday, January 18th, then Sunday, April 18th.
