Notice is hereby given that a quasi-judicial hearing will be held by the Kure Beach Historic Preservation Commission on an application for a Certificate of Appropriateness (“COA”) filed by Seamist Suites, LLC for property located at 106 Fort Fisher Boulevard South, Kure Beach, North Carolina (“Property”). The Property is within the Downtown Preservation Overlay District and the applicant seeks a COA for the construction of a 3-story mixed-use development with retail on the ground floor and 10 (5 on each floor) residential units on the top 2 levels. Persons having standing in this quasi-judicial matter may appear at the hearing and offer evidence. Persons participating in the hearing and offering exhibits into evidence should bring several copies of such exhibits to provide to the other participants and the Town Staff.
