Notice is hereby given that a quasi-judicial hearing will be held by the Kure Beach Board of Adjustment on the appeal of an administrative decision submitted by James R. Peterson. The appeal challenges a June 26, 2026 decision by the Town’s Director of Development and Compliance that the residential development of the property at 928 S. Fort Fisher, Kure Beach, NC “has been completed to date compliant with the applicable codes and regulations.”
Persons/entities having standing under N.C.G.S. §160D-1402 may appear at the hearing and participate as a party by offering and objecting to evidence, cross examining witnesses, and offering rebuttal.
