REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Town of Kure Beach is requesting proposals to procure the services of a qualified and experienced contractor (Contractor) to remove and replace 9 stormwater outfalls comprising approximately 2500 linear feet at various locations within the Town (the “Project”). Proposals shall be submitted, in accordance with the provisions of the RFP, by October 31, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Town Council reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.

This is official notice that the Kure Beach Town Council will hold a Legislative Hearing as follows:
Date: October 20, 2025
Time: 5:30 p.m. or soon thereafter in the regular Council meeting
Location: Town Hall (117 Settlers Lane, Kure Beach)
Purpose: To receive comments on the proposed Text Amendment Application to KBC 15.36.010 Control of Yard/Setbacks for Gus Industries at 501 K Avenue
