Traffic Advisory – Film Production in Kure Beach
The Town of Kure Beach would like to inform residents and visitors that a film production will be taking place on Monday, March 16 from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM along Fort Fisher Boulevard South (HWY 421).
Filming Location:
1610 Fort Fisher Blvd. South (Fort Fisher State Historic Site) to the Federal Point Boat Ramp at the end of Fort Fisher Blvd.
Traffic Impacts:
• Intermittent Traffic Control (ITC) will occur on HWY 421
• Traffic will be held for 5–8 minute intervals at a time
• Filming involves driving scenes with one lane open at a time
Motorists traveling in the area should expect brief delays and are encouraged to use caution and allow extra travel time.
