Film activity to continue Monday through Thursday next week, August 3-6, 2026, in downtown Kure Beach. With the exception of the Community Center, all other town programs and services will continue per usual during that timeframe. Residents, guests, and customers will still be able to access their destination, although at times with delays and/or displaced parking.
Pedestrian Traffic Control can be expected on the beach strand near the Kure Beach Pier during active filming.
Intermittent Traffic Control will take place on Fort Fisher Boulevard between K and L Avenues on Wednesday, August 5th between the hours of 9am-4pm. A detour around the traffic delay will be marked.
Please give yourself extra time when traveling around the downtown area next week. The Town thanks you in advance for your patience and cooperation with the production’s permitted activities.
