This is official notice that the Kure Beach Town Council will hold a Legislative Hearing as follows:
Date: September 21, 2026
Time: 5:00 p.m. or soon thereafter in the regular Council meeting
Location: Town Hall (117 Settlers Lane, Kure Beach)
Purpose: To receive comments on the Proposed Text Amendment Application to KBC 15.36.100 Modification of Required Yards submitted by David and Nancy Kuchler at 302 N 3rd Avenue
