Legislative Hearings

This is official notice that the Kure Beach Town Council will hold two legislative hearing as follows: 

Date:               November 21, 2022

Time:              5:00 p.m.

Location:        Town Hall (117 Settlers Lane, Kure Beach)

Purpose:         To receive comments on proposed text amendment to the following section of the    

Kure Beach Code: Location of Accessory Buildings on Residential Lots & 15.36.010 Control of Yards/Setbacks

Location:       Town Hall (117 Settlers Lane, Kure Beach)

Purpose:        To receive comments on proposed text amendment to the following section of the Kure Beach Code: KBC 15.36.140 Roof Pitch

Copies of the proposed amendment is on file in the office of the Town Clerk and on the Town’s website under “Administration Department”
